Please read these Terms of Sale ("Terms") carefully before purchasing the subscription service ("Service") offered by ScrapFlow (hereafter referred to as "we", "us", or "ScrapFlow").

By purchasing the Service, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

We offer a subscription Service for $19.99 per year, granting the Customer access to premium features on our Website.

2. Payment

The payment of the Service fee is due upfront at the time of the purchase. The fee is payable annually.

3. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time through their member area on our Website. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the paid-up period.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. As the Service starts immediately upon payment, no refund will be made, regardless of whether the Service is used or not.

5. No Cooling-Off Period

Given that the Service begins immediately after purchase and consists of the provision of digital content, there is no cooling-off period. By purchasing the Service, the Customer acknowledges and accepts this.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
